1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to "days" means calendar days unless otherwise stated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance

Your continued use of the cbv999 Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2.2 Capacity to Contract

3 Account Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a cbv999 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or fictitious identity during registration.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered cbv999 account at any given time. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitute a breach of these Terms. cbv999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at its absolute discretion, to void any bets or winnings associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbv999 account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. cbv999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify cbv999 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cbv999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of a valid national identity card (NID) or passport;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number).

cbv999 may suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

3.5 Accurate Information Obligation

You must keep all information on your cbv999 account current and accurate. If your personal details change (for example, if you change your registered mobile number), you must update your account information promptly. cbv999 is not responsible for any communication failures or payment errors resulting from outdated account information provided by the Player.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's cbv999 account balance within seconds of a successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take longer, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

cbv999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). cbv999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including KYC verification documents. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to prevent fraud and money laundering.

4.5 Own Funds Requirement

All funds deposited into a cbv999 account must come from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. cbv999 reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment source and close the account if a third-party deposit is detected.

4.6 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. cbv999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period, as disclosed on the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied and given the opportunity to reactivate their account by logging in.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

cbv999 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and IPL. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general bonus terms in the event of conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each offer is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is claimed. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires the Player to place a total of ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before any portion of that bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute at a lower percentage (e.g., 10%-20%). Contribution rates are listed on the Platform's bonus terms page.
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds that are voided, cancelled, or result in a push (draw) do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when Bonus Funds are active. Placing bets above the stated maximum while using an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and the associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated on the relevant promotion page (typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited). Any unutilised bonus and associated winnings will be removed from the account upon expiry without further notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

cbv999 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts; using low-risk or hedging betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players to farm bonuses; and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have their bonus funds voided, their winnings forfeited, and their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

5.5 cbv999 Right to Withdraw Promotions

cbv999 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of withdrawal will continue to be subject to the terms applicable at the time of claiming, unless a legal or compliance obligation requires otherwise.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

cbv999 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event for mutual or individual financial gain.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions in games or betting markets. cbv999 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that results from a manifest error.

• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated software, script, robot, or other non-human agent to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider for any legitimate transaction. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts closed and the disputed amount will be pursued through available legal channels.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under the age of 18, or allowing any person under the age of 18 to use your cbv999 account.

6.2 Game Integrity

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 cbv999's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

cbv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age;
• Discovery that the Player holds duplicate accounts;
• Receipt of a legally binding instruction from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body;
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more.

7.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their cbv999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, cbv999 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 14 business days of account closure.

7.3 Effect of Account Closure on Pending Bets

Any bets that are active and unsettled at the time of account closure (whether Player-initiated or cbv999-initiated) will be settled in accordance with the normal settlement rules once the relevant event concludes. Winnings from settled bets will be returned to the Player's registered payment method where the closure was Player-initiated and no breach of these Terms was involved.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

However, cbv999 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond cbv999's reasonable control (including network outages, power failures, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services.

8.2 No Liability for Network Losses

cbv999 is not liable for any loss of bets, game progress, or account session data resulting from a Player's internet connection being interrupted during gameplay. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection. If a game session is interrupted before a result is determined, cbv999's game providers' servers maintain authoritative records of all in-progress game states; these records will be used to settle any disputed outcomes.

8.3 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbv999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of that Player's real-money deposits in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

cbv999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of the Platform, even if cbv999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.5 Third-Party Game Provider Liability

cbv999 distributes games developed and operated by third-party game providers. While cbv999 selects providers that hold valid third-party certifications, cbv999 is not liable for errors, technical faults, or incorrect game outcomes arising solely from a game provider's software. • Display a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage or login screen for a period of not less than 7 days following the update.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish, request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
